Job Description
- Handle customers issues and complaints.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and keep following up.
- Keen on the after-sales survey.
- Welcome and greet customers and register all customer data in CRM System.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Perform monthly analysis besides reports for the service center.
- Provide customers with all information that they need.
- Arrange all customer visits and handle them kindly to the Service advisor.
- Make daily No Show Reports for Service customers and follow up to make new reservations
