Job Description
- Work closely with Franchise Heads /Leadership team and support with the implementation of the Business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities.
- Translate the Unit’s Business plans into HR strategic and operational plans for their Business.
- Develop strategy, processes and standards for all associates, recruiting, selection, and staffing activities in close cooperation with the respective Staffing expert(s).
- Coach/drive senior leadership team on key HR processes, e.g. Performance Management, OTR, succession planning and talent management for predefined population, in close cooperation with the respective TM expert(s).
- Coach assigned leadership team, and support them in their coaching and mentoring activities in their teams.
- Drive cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion within the Unit.
- Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the Business plan.
- Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.
