Key Responsibilities:
Reviews the employees’ applications for having Premium Cards in order to approve or reject, based on the company’s criteria/conditions regarding this benefit.
Manages all sick notes in case of escalation or long vacation.
Handles provident fund cases.
Creates the needed payment requests for the benefits vendors.
Handles chronic diseases cases by getting medical approvals that would guarantee the needed monthly
medications and death cases.
Manages critical diseases cases through communicating with Raya Holding in order to agree on the
percentage of treatment’s cost that the company might cover.
Handles the mobile service providers’ invoices (mobiles allowances) each month.
Handles the Premium Card service’s monthly invoices.
Develops and approves offers and benefits from external vendors/companies.
Handles the life insurance benefit that is granted to employees after 3 months of the hiring date.
Performs other related tasks such as medical box cases, medical care refund cycle, and on boarding.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Comp & Ben
- English Level: V.good
