As an Intern, you will:
- Receive financial training, mentorship, and coaching from senior level financial analysts
- Grow your financial expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas.
- Experience financially challenging assignments in the power services industry by identifying areas of opportunities within the business to improved profitability
- Learn to use financial reports to drive operational management
Responsibilities include: Assist with financial modeling, provide general financial and accounting support to senior level analysts, help with cash/AR management, aid in the annual budget process, contribute to special projects, present data driven recommendations, and pull together quarterly closing packets.

EMPLOYMENT DATES:
- January to May 2022(Spring)
- May/June to August 2022(Summer)
- August to December 2022 (Fall)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have one to two semesters left prior to graduation and be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline as listed below.
- Following majors accepted: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics
- Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
- Must submit your application for employment through https://www.ge.com/university
- Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license
- Must be willing to work in geographical area specified by the business
- Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of revenue recognition
- Knowledge of GE Power Services business
