Job Description
Accountabilities – list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role including key measures. These should be clearly the responsibilities of the JOB HOLDER.
Ensure orders are properly transferred
Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information
Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan
Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR
Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries
Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and guidelines
Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when dynamic routing is available)
Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans

Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma
Technical background with experience in FMCG company is preferred
Good knowledge of main software applications of daily use (e.g. MS excel routing software)
Driving license is preferred Language Proficiency: Intermediate local or basic English proficiency Skills & Abilities: Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular
