About the role

The selected candidate will be acting a Finance Executive within Egypt Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting of Adjustment entries in finance system
• Responsible for Payment to supplier upload in bank
• Responsible for Supplier Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation
• Coronation with supplier and business for providing the payment related details and resolve their query
• Requires a high degree of accuracy in the processing of disbursements / Payables
• Well Versed with the Documents Checklist (Invoice/Purchase Order/Packing List/Bill of lading/AWB)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 2 to 4 years Experience in accounts payable
• Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
• Excellent data entry skills
• Detail oriented but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to answer a call receiving the stake holders in the process
• Expert in email handling and query resolution e-mails receiving from the different internal departments
• Must be able to work well with internal departments and meet strict deadlines/ SLA adherence
• Work Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) will be an added Advantage.
• Work Experience from Ecommerce/ manufacturing/Retail industry will be an added weightage
