In this role you will,
Ensure manuals and SOPs are constantly updated and adhered to
- Consistently conduct store visits to identify and resolve operational issues
- Ensure store-teams are well-trained, incentivized and highly engaged
- Recommend improvements to SOPs based on on-ground visits and engagements with team
- Develop audit checklists and work with internal team and mystery shoppers to measure and improve compliance
Monitor area and store performance and drive improvements on the store-floor
- Develop dashboards and report on area and store performance versus targets
- Identify and communicate key reasons behind store underachievement and overachievement
- Develop recommendations to improve digital penetration, order time and customer NPS
- Work with store teams and product management teams to reduce percentage of cancelled and failed orders
- Ensure marketing campaign operations are solid and achieve assigned targets and objectives
- Identify digital champions and ensure strong understanding of company strategy and objectives on the store-floor
Work with other stakeholders to ensure project needs are met and insights from store-floor are shared
- Ensure all store marketing material and campaigns are available on-time and full
- Work with IT and Finance counterparts to ensure infrastructure and relevant accounting is well-maintained and continuously improved
The ideal candidate will have
- 1+ years of operational experience in a fast-paced customer centric environment
- Proactivity and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Technological savviness and strong analytical skills
