Responsible for the Reception office supplies and stationery.


   Prepare and revise the contracts.


   Responsible for collecting the monthly installments.


   Handling client and solve their problems and complaints.


   Responsible for the sales department.


   Responsible for entering and distributing leads to the sales.


   Making monthly sales reports.          


   Develop and update the administrative system and maintain the filing system.


   Answering phone calls and greeting the clients.



Qualifications


   Bachelors Degree.


   Females only.


   Maximum Age 30.


   Experience as an Administrative Officer Administrator or similar role is a must at least 2 - 5 years.
