Job Responsible
Ensures preparing the required memos on GIAMS for the approved tasks.
Follows-up on the approval cycle and sends approved memos to Procurement.
Ensures uploading Jobs to Ariba System SAP or any other needed systems after issuing the memos.
Follows-up on the status of tenders (receiving proposals confirmations & approvals).
Be fully aware of the marketing tasks shared with Procurement and follow-up as required.
Coordinates between Document Control and Procurement on the agencies invoices status (submission and approvals).
Ensures proper handling between suppliers/agencies and procurements to transfer the payments on time
Follows-up with Finance to ensure timely transfers funds to contracted agencies.
Takes minutes of weekly departmental meetings.
Follows-up on weekly departmental meetings and the progress of the tasks with the team reporting updates to Head of Marketing.
Prepares monthly Dashboard including monthly analysis of leads in coordination with Digital Marketing team.
Ensures Marketing Library is continuously up-to-date with all images reports and brochures.
Follows-up with Store Supervisor on status of client gifts brochures & other collaterals and inform marketing team regularly on inventory.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
Knowledge & experience with SAP CRM & ERP related systems.
Excellent command of Excel and PPT.
Experience in operational tasks and reports analytics.
