Main Responsibilities:
Contact all leads through phone calls.
Conduct meetings with all clients for presentation proposals and until following-up to close the deal.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Coordinate with operations team and follow-up through CRM on the cases related to his customers.
Drive client retention renewals and client satisfaction.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications required:
Candidate must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
University degree.
Experience in Corporate Sales (B2B).
Experience in digital marketing or healthcare will be preferred.
Good in English.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
Hard worker.
Ability to achieve sales target.
Presentable.
