Your Role
In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers.
Your Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers
Take pricing decisions alignment with Customer Care Managers
Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit proposals to customers
Deliver presentations about our main Sea Logistics products
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
Report customer complains to the customer care team
Onboard new customers and provide robust and complete content
Your Skills And Experiences
Degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar discipline
Internship/Traineeship experience in a freight forwarding company would be an advantage
Excellent sales skills customer oriented ability to adapt and willingness to learn and grow
High level communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic
