The candidate has to be working in the same vacancy for at least 2 years.
· Handling visa charge back incoming and outgoing cases
· Follow up pending chargeback cases
· Keep update with visa international new chargeback instructions
Responsibilities
· Coordinating with Settlement unit for the results of chargeback cases .
· Downloading Vss reports to view reflected chargeback and presentment cases
· Processing of Visa Chargeback following up pending cases.
· Preparation of MIS for chargeback cases.
Qualifications
•University degree required.
•2+ years of Banking relevant experience in cards operations.
•Experience and knowledge of interchange and financial settlements acquired by working in the units in card operations.
•Good computer skills. good knowledge of financial accounting principles and systems and systems.
