- Identify and research potential leads through various online and offline channels, including social media, industry events, and networking platforms.
- Initiate outbound communication via phone calls, emails and social media to engage prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with target customer profiles and business objectives.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and timely information to support pipeline management.
- Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation of compelling outreach materials and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
