Job Description

  • Identify and research potential leads through various online and offline channels, including social media, industry events, and networking platforms.
  • Initiate outbound communication via phone calls, emails and social media to engage prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with target customer profiles and business objectives.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and timely information to support pipeline management.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling outreach materials and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to IT solutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and lead management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in an office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
