About the Role

The Country Manager will be responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, and business growth in Kuwait. The role is pivotal in ensuring the company remains a trusted partner for major oil & gas operators and EPC contractors, delivering shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Expand service offerings and explore opportunities in neighbouring GCC markets.
• Build strong relationships with major oil & gas clients to secure long-term contracts.
• Oversee complex shutdown and turnaround projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt global best practices.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred).

Required Skills

• Strategic thinking, operational leadership, financial acumen, and strong stakeholder management.
• PMP or Shutdown & Turnaround Management certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years in oil & gas industrial services, shutdown and turnaround projects, with proven success in leading multi-million-dollar projects and managing P&L.
• Extensive exposure to GCC markets is essential, with prior experience in Kuwait being strongly advantageous.
