Position: HSE Supervisor (Drilling)

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

• At least 7+ years of total experience as a Drilling HSE officer / Adviser / Supervisor (Onshore or offshore drilling)

• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.

• Last position hold shall be in onshore / offshore drilling HSE (Supervisor) min 5 years

• Must have a knowledge on drilling rig / equipment / drilling processes

• Must have a minimum Level 1 IWCF certificate – introductory / Well sharp

• Must have a knowledge on well control equipment and managing HSE part of well control situations

• Practical Knowledge on Incident investigation methodology

• Physically ability to work under pressure and adverse weather conditions

• Knowledge in SIMOPs preferable. PAD drilling Exp. is preferable.

• Past experience in delivering rig site awareness trainings.

• To have a good communication skills / ability to perform on-site inspection/ audits / Behavior Based safety program implementation.

• Preferable to have past experience in multicultural drilling projects.
