Job Description
- Lead and oversee all HR operations within the assigned section, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture development.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage HR records, documentation, and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
