Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all HR operations within the assigned section, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Manage HR records, documentation, and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in HR leadership roles, preferably within a fast-paced or agricultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment.
