Job Description

•  Oversee daily production activities in plastic injection and blow molding lines
•  Implement and maintain optimal manufacturing processes and workflows
•  Troubleshoot machinery and ensure minimal downtime
•  Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure product consistency
•  Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste
•  Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field)
•  5+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding and blow molding
•  Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
•  Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
•  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
