Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Flexibility to work from the office and attend site visits as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
