Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using the center’s booking system.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in documentation and payments.
- Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions to clients and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless client flow and communication.
- Handle client records and sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking as needed.
- Address and resolve client concerns or escalate issues to management promptly.
Job Requirements
