Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an ERP System Developer - AI Trainer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping AI-driven solutions for ERP and business systems. Leverage your expertise to guide innovative projects, create robust prompts, and act as a subject matter expert to elevate AI training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with AI-driven modules.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP and business systems in AI development and training environments.
• Create, refine, and test full-cycle AI prompts to support intelligent process automation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Document processes and best practices with clarity to facilitate knowledge transfer and training.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancement and proactively recommend improvements to maximize AI potential.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERP system development or business systems integration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and the full cycle of prompt creation for AI/ML applications.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts as they relate to ERP and business processes.
• Proven ability to document technical processes and communicate with diverse, distributed teams.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training or mentoring others in technical or AI-focused projects.
• Prior involvement in the implementation of ERP solutions enhanced by AI technologies.
• Familiarity with multiple ERP platforms and business process modeling tools.
