Job Description
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand client needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
