Job Description
- Manage End-to-End recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers & onboarding.
- Source candidates through Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referrals, and local networks.
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical management and service roles.
- Close collaboration with business leaders to anticipate and plan recruitment needs.
- Ensure professional hiring process, confidentiality, and great candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment analytics; report weekly hiring status, pipeline health, and challenges.

- 5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals & social media.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt job ads for different platforms.
- Solid interview and assessment capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in employer branding, or internship programs is a plus.
