Job Description

•  Manage End-to-End recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers & onboarding.
• Source candidates through Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referrals, and local networks.
•  Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical management and service roles.
•  Close collaboration with business leaders to anticipate and plan recruitment needs.
•  Ensure professional hiring process, confidentiality, and great candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment analytics; report weekly hiring status, pipeline health, and challenges.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills across job portals & social media.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt job ads for different platforms.
• Solid interview and assessment capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in employer branding, or internship programs is a plus.
