• Conduct time & motion studies and establish standard times (SMVs).
• Improve production efficiency and line performance.
• Support capacity planning and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet targets.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
•  Proven experience in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.
•  Strong knowledge of time study, motion study, and work measurement.
•  Experience in line balancing, SMV calculation, and productivity improvement.
•  Ability to analyze production data and support efficiency optimization.
•  Good communication and teamwork skills.
