Job Description

 

• Prepare the Manufacturing OPEX budget, including direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
• Monitor and analyze plants’ KPIs related to cost and efficiency on a monthly and annual basis.
• Lead and control the MRP process in each plant and consolidate MRP plans at the group level.
• Lead new product development processes in coordination with Sales and Mould Engineering departments.
• Oversee all production planning and production management activities within the organization.
• Develop production plans, budgets, and timelines according to production specifications.
• Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
• Plan and optimize workflow and production schedules across production departments.
• Support production risk assessment and define mitigation plans.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify required equipment, materials, and manpower to meet production targets.

Job Requirements

 

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Production Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Proven experience in budget preparation, cost control, and KPI analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and multi-site teams.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in multi-plant or group manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
