📢 We’re Hiring: Outreach Expert (Remote | Middle East Focus)

M&S Research Hub is seeking a results-oriented Outreach Expert to support our expansion and partnerships across the Middle East region.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach strategies to build partnerships and collaborations
• Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, professional networks)
• Represent M&S Research Hub in communications with institutions, organizations, and partners
• Support outreach-related campaigns and lead generation
• Work toward clear outreach targets and KPIs
• Travel and commuting may be required when needed (optional, not mandatory)

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Knowledge of German is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in outreach, partnerships, or business development
• Portfolio or evidence of previous outreach work (required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

💼 Job Details

• 💰 Salary: 7,000 – 12,000 EGP (based on experience and performance)
• 🌍 Work type: Remote
• ⏰ Working hours: Flexible
• 🎯 Role type: Goal- and target-based
• ✈️ Travel & commuting: Possible when required
• Transportation, accommodation, and per diem costs are fully covered
• 📌 Primary focus: Middle East region
• 💡 Preferred approach: Cold outreach (travel is optional)
