Job Title: Cost & Stock Controller Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Costing Operations: Maintain and update product cost structures, validate production orders, analyze manufacturing variances, and support new product costing.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock movements, reconcile inventory transactions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock valuation in the ERP system.
• Stock Counts & Audits: Lead periodic physical stock counts, analyze results, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly cost reports, inventory aging summaries, and KPIs to support management decisions.
• Compliance: Uphold internal controls, SOPs, and audit readiness across costing and inventory processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve processes and accuracy.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory control.
• Experience in F&B or FMCG industries is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling).
• Understanding of IFRS related to inventory and cost of sales.
