Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Moderator located in Al Manşūrah. The Moderator will oversee user interactions on platforms, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and addressing any inappropriate content. The role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content, resolving disputes, answering user queries, and maintaining a safe and respectful online community environment. The Moderator will collaborate with team members to coordinate content strategies and maintain platform integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of moderation best practices and experience in managing online communities
• Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in content review, monitoring, and maintaining adherence to community guidelines
• Ability to remain impartial, objective, and exercise good judgment in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Experience with moderation tools, customer service platforms, or other relevant technologies is an asset
• Familiarity with digital communication trends or marketing is an advantage
