Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Prepare and review QA documents, procedures, and work instructions ensuring compliance with approved formats and requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely closure of findings and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor process performance and participate in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and support supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring activities.
- Ensure proper control, distribution, and revision of controlled documents through QA Document Controllers.
- Provide training and awareness to employees regarding quality system procedures and best practices.
- Assist in preparation of QA reports, KPI summaries, and management review inputs
- Perform any other tasks assigned to him effectively and on-time

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems, preferably in manufacturing or assembly industries.
- Knowledge of documentation systems, quality tools, and process control principles.
- Experience in ISO 9001 implementation and audit activities.
- Knowledge of document control, internal audit, and corrective/preventive action systems.
- Basic knowledge of supplier quality evaluation and performance monitoring processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS-related software tools.
- Professional English level and good report writing skills.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives.
