Job Summary:
As a Brand Manager, you will be the guardian of our brand identity and you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies that enhance our market presence, resonate with our target audience, and ultimately drive business growth. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of creative vision, analytical skills, and leadership to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, including messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, product packaging, and retail touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, consumer insights, and emerging trends in the fashion industry.

Marketing & Campaigns:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, merchandising, sales, commerce) to develop creative assets and promotional materials that are consistent with the brand's identity.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of all branding initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Analyze sales data, consumer feedback, and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize results.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI).

Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the brand expert and evangelist, providing guidance and support to internal teams to ensure brand alignment in all activities.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies, influencers, and media outlets.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role, preferably within the retail, fashion, or apparel industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful brand and marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and the full marketing mix.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
- Creative vision with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for fashion and design.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
