Tipweb Anne Limited – Opportunity: Brand Ambassador / Community & PR

Tipweb Anne Limited is an international company founded by digital nomads, focused on developing innovative concepts at the intersection of tourism, hospitality, and local communities.

The founder, currently based in Dahab, is exploring and piloting a new hospitality concept designed to create more authentic and human connections between visitors and residents: the Home Bar.

The Concept

The Home Bar model aims to offer guests a more personal and welcoming experience than traditional venues. The concept focuses on:

• trust and familiarity,
• social interaction in a home-like environment,
• meaningful cultural exchange between locals and travelers.

This model is designed to be scalable, starting in Dahab and potentially expanding to other destinations globally, following the evolution of tourism toward more community-driven and experiential formats.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking Brand Ambassadors / Community & PR Representatives who:

• believe in innovative hospitality concepts,
• are comfortable engaging with international guests,
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• are interested in growing with an early-stage project.

For candidates with strong alignment and long-term commitment, there may be opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the project grows.

Role & Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and its values
• Welcome and engage guests
• Support daily operations and community-building activities
• Help promote the concept locally and online
  

Objectives

The initial operational target is to reach a stable daily customer base, validating the model before expansion.
