What You’ll Do:

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) into the accounting system.
• Maintain up-to-date records for accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform routine bank reconciliations and report discrepancies for review.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients.
• Ensure all supporting documents are well organized and accessible.
• Communicate with clients to clarify missing or unclear information.
• Follow standardized bookkeeping processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud accounting systems (training provided).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication in both Arabic and English.
