Role Description

This full-time, on-site Construction & Fit-Out Engineer position. The role involves managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and requirements, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting inspections during construction, supervising the use of heavy equipment, and optimizing processes to achieve efficient and effective project execution.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding and experience with Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting Construction Drawings
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Heavy Equipment use in construction
• Expertise in conducting project Inspection to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate construction projects from planning to execution
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification or project management expertise is preferred
