 Job Description

We are looking for a MEP Estimator to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for MEP systems in construction projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
• Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from drawings
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams
• Analyze materials, labor, and subcontractor costs
• Support tendering and bidding processes

 

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• Excel
• Revit MEP (preferred)
• Good communication and analytical skills
