We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT System Administrator with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments. The role requires substantial technical depth in Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and data center solutions, with the ability to design, implement, and operate highly available and disaster-resilient systems.

The candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing virtualization platforms based on Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware ESXi with vCenter, including advanced clustering, failover, and live migration designs. Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery solutions extending to DR sites is essential. The role also requires expert-level knowledge of Microsoft System Center products, including SCVMM, SCCM (MECM), and SCOM, with the ability to design and operate enterprise-scale environments.

Strong expertise in Active Directory Domain Services is mandatory, including forest and domain design, multi-domain hierarchies, trust relationships, OU and GPO design, and integration with identity services such as AD FS and AD RMS. The candidate should also have solid experience with core Windows Server roles such as WSUS, File Services, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering.

Administration of Microsoft 365 is required, including tenant management, user management, group management, licensing, and core services. Experience with hybrid environments and directory synchronization is preferred. Hands-on experience with on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server and Skype for Business is considered a decisive advantage.

The role involves participation in data center design and implementation activities, including server and virtualization infrastructure, storage concepts, redundancy, and high-availability architectures. The candidate is expected to handle advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and recovery operations, and system documentation, while working closely with network and security teams.
