Job Description
- Identify new international markets and expand existing ones.
- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitable growth.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support market growth.
- Analyze market coverage, plane quired resources, and ensure compliance with all time frames.
- Evaluate customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade shows to enhance market exposure and acquire new clients.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales with exposure to international markets.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Packages (Word – Excel – Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing food industry is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
