Job Description

  • Identify new international markets and expand existing ones.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure profitable growth.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support market growth.
  • Analyze market coverage, plane quired resources, and ensure compliance with all time frames.
  • Evaluate customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
  • Participate in international exhibitions and trade shows to enhance market exposure and acquire new clients.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales with exposure to international markets. 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Packages (Word – Excel – Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including health, safety, and environmental regulations. 
  • Experience in manufacturing food industry is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
