Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Head based in Cairo, Egypt. The Maintenance Head will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs, managing maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. The role requires leading and managing maintenance teams, scheduling tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Planning
- Strong skills in Maintenance, Maintenance Management, and Repair Operations
- Proven ability in Team Management and leadership within maintenance departments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in safety regulations and quality assurance practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or industrial facilities is preferred
