Job Description
Supervise and manage all construction operations
Supervise and manage the construction site daily, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control.
Lead the communication with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and others involved in the project.
Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costings, and budget.
Make sure that operations will meet the deadline.
Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing on budgets, and monitoring progress.
Attendance of meetings including Project’s Executive Committee, design, construction, Value Engineering, etc.
Plan, develop, and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan.
Review of contractor’s progress reports progress.
Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the projects

 

Job Requirements

• 20-25 years of experience.
  Bachelor's Degree in civil/architecture engineering.
  Minimum 7 years of strong Site Engineering management experience.
  Experience in Site Construction (Commercial/Malls) work is a must.
  Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  Strategic thinking and planning
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  Organizational and project management skills
