Our travel agency is expanding its team in Mokattam, and we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join us.

1. Inbound Tour Operator

Job Description:

• Negotiating competitive rates for all markets with hotels and suppliers.
• Handling inbound holiday packages for individuals and groups.
• Opening new sales channels to develop business with different nationalities and enter new markets.
• Contracting with new hotels, suppliers (restaurants, transportation), and travel agents worldwide.
• Interacting with clients via phone, email, social media channels, or website forms.
• Selling various trip types in Egypt (Honeymoon, Leisure, Adventure, etc.) based on the client's budget.
• Preparing quotations, itineraries, and packages for all markets.
• Handling all Nile Cruise requests and bookings.
• Participating in planning and launching different tourism products.
• Arranging tickets, transportation, accommodation, Nile Cruises, tours, and activities inside Egypt.
• Promptly handling last-minute requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Tourism or Languages.
• 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
• Excellent command of French and English (Speaking, listening, and Reading). Bilingual is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Ability to work well independently or in a team.

2. Data Entry Specialist

• Experience: 2+ years.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately inputting and updating data into the company & B2B systems.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
• Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations.

Requirements:

• Fast typing skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good command of English.
