Job Description
- Source, attract, and engage top technical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market intelligence.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote The PM Office as an employer of choice within the technology sector.
