Job Description
- Takes adequate preventive measures to protect the Company against legal issues and ensuring the Company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepares, drafts, reviews and Signs all contracts and agreements.
- Provides legal advice to the top management regarding all aspects of law, including the drafting of relevant legal acts and other documentation.
- Applies corporate Policy and advice employees about new policies.
- Represents the Company before courts, judicial authorities and all governmental and non-governmental organizations.
- Responsible for completion of all procedures with notary, commercial register and GAFI- the General Authority for Investment , Preparation and Registration the general Assemblies and the minutes of the Board of Directors.
- Follows-up law and its Amendments that concern the company's business, coordinating and performing Legal and records research.
- Responsible for Trademark Registration.
- Handles all Legal, Security and Fleet related operations, hiring and documents.
- Manages Security and fleet department
- Provides employees with advice concerning Law issues.
- Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and other related matters.
- Conducts investigations with employees as per memos.
- Develops plans and sets Legal Department’s budget.

- Minimum 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical corporate and law firms.
- Minimum age 45 years.
