This is a full-time on-site role for an International Attorney located in El Obour. The International Attorney will handle legal matters related to international contracts, compliance with global regulations, and collaboration with legal teams across different regions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing regulatory compliance, conducting legal research, and ensuring adherence to international trade laws. The role also involves assessing legal risks, providing legal counsel, and coordinating with external legal advisors when required.
- Strong experience in international and contract law, with proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance standards, along with the ability to manage legal matters related to international trade
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills to evaluate and provide actionable legal counsel
- Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent; LLM or relevant certification in International Law is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the automotive or manufacturing sector is beneficial
