Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Intelligence Analyst at Fort Capital Group, located in Qesm El Maadi. To transform raw business data into actionable insights that support data-driven decision making across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance. The BI Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing trends, monitoring KPIs, and improving operational efficiency within FCG— ensuring timely and informed business actions that drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science is a must.
• MBA or BI Certification (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a BI or Data Analyst in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail environment. Hands-on experience with ERP data (Oracle or SAP).
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge Python/R for data modeling.
• Knowledge of Datalake/warehouse Architecture
• Understanding of KPIs in FMCG (sales performance, market share, distribution, production yield).
• experience with data platforms/tools (Apache Kafka, NIFI, Airflow, Spark, databricks, snowflake, GCP, Asure) is a plus.
