As a Travel Consultant at Abu Samra Travel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel services to our clients. Your main responsibilities will focus on managing flight bookings, issuing tickets, reissuing, and refunding tickets accurately and efficiently, in addition to handling hotel reservations. You will also serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring professional support and a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely information to clients through direct interaction, phone, or email.
• Execute flight and hotel bookings efficiently while adhering to issuance timelines and airline/hotel policies.
• Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets using the Amadeus system.
• Follow up and confirm hotel reservations, coordinating with suppliers to ensure the best prices and services.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of service quality and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in issuing, reissuing, and refunding airline tickets.
• Proven experience in local and international hotel bookings.
• Strong experience in domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Proficiency in using the Amadeus reservation system (mandatory).
• Good command of English (reading and understanding).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days off: Friday and Saturday
