We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Supervisor to oversee day-to-day IT operations and support the development and integration of business applications across our organisation. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software development and system integration, along with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise IT operations and ensure the stability and performance of business systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and system support.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal software tools and integrations.
• Design and implement APIs to connect internal and third-party systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and adherence to IT policies and standards.
• Participate in planning and executing digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of practical experience in the IT field.
• Proven experience in Python and Java development.
• Experience with Angular and Oracle Database (12c or higher) is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of API development and system integration concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Preferably residing within the same province as the workplace.
