Through analytics and continuous-improvement initiatives, the Senior Specialist enhances process performance, strengthens stakeholder confidence, and enables the department to meet strategic licensing and governance obligations.

- Coordinate with requesting departments to gather all required supporting documents and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies prior to submission.

- Maintain a complete, audit-ready digital record of approvals, waivers, and related correspondence within the designated document-management system.
- Conduct periodic self-checks to verify that file structures, naming conventions, and retention schedules align with departmental governance.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for external counterparties, clarifying approval requirements and conveying status updates in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with Legal, Procurement, and Risk functions to obtain specialized input on complex or high-risk submissions.
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction metrics and recommend corrective actions to sustain high service-quality scores.
- Compile weekly and monthly dashboards on volumes, turnaround times, and compliance exceptions for review by departmental leadership.
