About the Job
We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our sales team at Reportage Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential units, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Reportage Egypt’s real estate projects through effective sales and negotiation techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads generated through company channels, referrals, and networking.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and handover processes.
Provide regular reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to management.
Stay up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and promotional offers.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
