Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing talent pipelines. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will contribute to building a strong employer brand through effective communication and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interview processes.
• Experience in strategic planning and developing recruitment workflows.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills for working with both candidates and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of candidate pipeline management, employer branding, and modern recruitment practices.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and utilize data for process improvement.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment for customer service or BPO industries is a plus.
