We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our execution team. This role will support day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil works on-site as per project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure alignment with project schedule and milestones.
• Coordinate with technical office and subcontractors for implementation of construction details and materials.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure that all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing site documentation, including inspection requests, material requests, and daily reports.
• Verify quantities of completed work and support the quantity surveying team.
• Ensure the proper use of equipment, manpower, and materials on-site.
• Participate in site meetings and support resolution of technical and coordination issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and site execution, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of site activities, construction methods, and project documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with site reporting tools is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage field teams effectively.
• Willingness to work in different project locations across Egypt.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
