Position :Team Lead Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 15+ cybersecurity and infrastructure specialists
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence
- Provide coaching, performance management, and career development aligned with leadership standards
- Establish strong operational governance and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
Managed Security Operations
- Oversee day-to-day managed security services across the client environment
- Ensure effective implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) – SailPoint
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) – BeyondTrust
- Network Security – Firewalls, DDoS protection, IDS/IPS, email security
- Endpoint Security – Kaspersky, Cybereason EDR, or equivalent
- Vulnerability Management – assessment, prioritization, remediation governance
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex security and technical incidents
- Ensure timely resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions
Aviation & Regulatory Alignment
- Support safety-critical, mission-critical aviation environments
- Ensure operations align with aviation regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal delivery teams to maintain secure and reliable services
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, analytics, and innovation
- Contribute to operational maturity roadmaps and cybersecurity posture improvements
- Ensure alignment with delivery methodologies, quality frameworks, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, or managed services
- Proven experience leading large technical teams (15+ resources) in complex environments
- Strong hands-on and operational knowledge of:
- IAM solutions (SailPoint)
- PAM platforms (BeyondTrust)
- Network security architectures (firewalls, DDoS, IDS/IPS, email security)
- Endpoint Detection & Response (Kaspersky, Cybereason, or similar)
- Vulnerability management processes and tools
- Prior experience in the aviation sector or other mission-critical operational environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in 24x7 operational environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, CCIE, ITIL, or vendor-specific certifications
- Experience working in global delivery models and managed services frameworks
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and aviation regulatory compliance standards
