✅ Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in LV & MV electrical panels manufacturing.
• Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Good knowledge of quality systems and industrial safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and coordinate with the technical office.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations.
• Plan and schedule production orders according to approved timelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
• Coordinate closely with the technical office, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce waste and costs.
• Manage, evaluate, and develop production teams and technicians.
• Ensure the implementation of health and safety regulations on site.
• Prepare periodic production and performance reports for top management.
